Everybody Builds was born from the concept that Philadelphia’s construction industry should truly reflect the rich diversity of our city. It was founded by some of our region’s largest owners, developers, associations, and the largest construction unions in Philadelphia, emphasizing a collaborative approach. Our founders envisioned a sustainable, collaborative model that acts as a pathway to economic growth and entrepreneurship for diverse Philadelphians. This was the vision of our Founding Partners from day one, and this principle guides our daily work.
Everybody Builds is grateful to our Founding Partners who joined together starting in 2022 to conceive and invest in a unique, sustainable and long-term approach to tackle existing disparities in Philadelphia’s construction industry head-on.
