Sebrina Tate joins Everybody Builds with more than 25 years of executive leadership experience advancing economic opportunity, workforce development, and equitable access to resources for communities across the Philadelphia region. Throughout her career, she has built strong partnerships, led organizational transformation, and developed innovative strategies that create lasting impact.

Before joining Everybody Builds, Sebrina served as President & CEO of Bebashi – Transition to Hope, where she guided the organization’s growth, strengthened operations, expanded community partnerships, and increased access to essential health and social services. Her leadership experience spans nonprofit management, education, behavioral health, and human services, giving her a deep understanding of the systems and collaborations needed to strengthen communities.

As Executive Director, Sebrina is committed to expanding opportunities for individuals to enter and thrive in the construction industry while building partnerships that help create a more diverse, inclusive, and sustainable workforce. She is excited to work alongside employers, labor partners, educators, community organizations, and supporters to grow Everybody Builds’ impact across the region.

Sebrina holds graduate degrees from Howard University and Saint Joseph’s University, along with a Graduate Certificate in LGBT Health Policy & Practice from George Washington University. Her leadership has been recognized with numerous honors, including being named a 2026 Philadelphia TITAN 100, receiving the 2026 Uptown Standard Impact Award, being recognized as a City & State Pennsylvania Black Trailblazer, and being named among The Philadelphia Tribune’s Most Influential African Americans.
